This website, developmentguru.com, is run by Development Guru, an IT services company in Laguna Beach, California. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Development Guru.

This policy covers this website only. If you are a client, information we handle while providing IT services is covered by your service agreement with us.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address, and your phone number and message if you choose to include them. If you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us on the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers record basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. These records help deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

• Email delivery: Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
• Our website partner, which builds and maintains this site and the email account that sends form messages, and may keep a copy of form messages to filter spam and confirm they were delivered

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, and it does not set advertising cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a small cookie that is needed for security and to tell people apart from automated bots.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because we do not track you across other websites, there is no cross-site tracking for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to turn off, and the site works the same way whether or not that signal is sent.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

We keep contact form messages and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services, and keep normal business records. We delete or securely dispose of information when we no longer need it.
